Stage 1: Surgical Planning

Determination of optimal mandibular position.

Mock-up preview (design of the future smile).

Fabrication of surgical guides for All-on-X implant placement.

Portrait of the patient before the start of treatment — pronounced asymmetry of the face, signs of tooth loss, psychological stress due to the condition of the oral cavity.

Stage 2: Surgical Phase

Extraction of non-restorable teeth in the maxilla

All-on-X implant surgery performed under IV sedation for maximum comfort

Intraoperative imaging of the upper jaw during implantation according to the All-on-X protocol — installation of implants after removal of destroyed teeth.

Stage 3: Immediate Loading During Surgery

Immediate loading of the placed implants with fixation of a temporary full-arch prosthesis to restore esthetics and function during the integration period.
