Stage 1: Planning

Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).

Intraoral scanning and comprehensive photo/video smile analysis.

Determination of the correction zones.

Creation of a surgical template for achieving a symmetrical gingival contour.

Complete formation of the new gingival margin in 8–10 weeks.
